Forms and colors created as a reflection of what has been lost, what can be sought and found are the main indicators of the "Lost Form" exhibition. Since what is lost can be diffrent for everyone and can take countless forms, the forms in the paintings are seen as amorphous forms that are not fully formed. Instead af presenting a concrete suggestion of whatever it is that is being sought, the paintings show a state of ambiguity with forms that can turn into the equivalent of what is sought. In a way, while this situation carries the mystery of what is clearly lost, it is important because it will lose its importance if it is founf. Moreover, the search for forms is the main theme emphasized by the partial depiction of the forms that the things sought in the process of the formation of the paintings take on, thus the impossibility of the exhibition to show what is missing from a single glance.

The Lost Form exhibition does not present the viewer with images or situations clearly or with a predefined definition, but rather with fragments of a larger picture. The exhibition carries the idea that the viewers should avaluate each painting they see individually, but that they should look for the counterpart of the actual situation, that is, what is missing, not directly in these paintings, but outside / after the exhibition; in the outside world, with the preliminary intuitions they get from here.

Lost Form, is the 8th solo exhibition of the artist who continues his works in Istanbul. Yusuf Sengur, who has 11 awards in national competitions, is also an Assistant Professor at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Painting Department, where he graduated.
