Gülercan Hacıoğlu

1960, Bulgaristan doğumlu. 1989 yılında Sofya Ulusal Sanat Akademisinden mezun oldu. 1995-1997 yılları arasında Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi Resim Bölümü’nde yüksek lisansını tamamladı.
